One week of cutting and…
… I couldn’t be happier with how it’s going!
Happy Tuesday Everyone!
I am one week into my planned two-week cut, and it’s going well! This week I’ve lost weight and body fat, but my measurements have had only had minimal changes so that could mean… GAINS! Woo hoo! I won’t know for sure until the end of the cut exactly how much muscle mass I’ve added, but I’m hopeful it’ll be around a pound. But beyond that, beyond measurements, weight, and skinfold calculations; my strength is increasing. So even if I didn’t add that pound of muscle I’m hoping for, I still win; and who doesn’t love winning?
