Only one week until Baby Steps to Becoming a #fitmom & #fitfamily kicks off on April 14th!

Let me say; I’m so freaking excited to share it with you! I’m not a nutritionist or personal trainer, although, I’ve been seriously considering becoming a Heath Coach. I had a goal for what I wanted… to be HEALTHY and spent years researching, seeing what worked and didn’t, and ended up losing100lbs in the process.

No ‘DIETS’ or any crazy workouts; mostly walked for exercise. The crazy workouts I do now, and they are crazy, came years later when my goals became more than ‘be healthy.’ But honestly, I’m not sure I would have found my love for bodybuilding if I hadn’t done it the way I did. The way you can!

One small tiny change a week is what I’m asking you to commit too. But it won’t always be a change; it takes three weeks for something to become a habit so that you won’t be getting a change every week. I’ll be teaching you about nutrition and giving you recipes to try. Not going to lie, there are a couple of things you’ll need to give up (most of them are a ‘for now’ situation), but I offer alternatives or as I like to call them ‘personal rules to live by’ when it comes to these ‘things’ to give up.

Every Friday you’ll get a task to start on Monday. A year of these tiny changes add up to you become a healthier version of you. Then we can tackle the next goal you have!

Anyone can follow and start at any time, but I am looking for some folks to track over the next year. You’ll get a weekly email from me with the next baby step and possibly a question or two to answer about the week before.  If you’re interested in dedicating to becoming healthier and talking to me occasionally over the next year, click the form below!
