Good Morning and Happy Workout Wednesday all ya’ll beautiful people!
My life has been a bit crazy lately. I’ve started getting your next set of bodyweight workouts ready that will target your chest, back, and arms. But yesterday, I was talking to a friend who asked if I had an ab workout that’s easy on the back and neck. And as a matter of fact, I DO! So next week I’ll start going over a killer standing abs workout!!! Be excited! It’s awesome!
But for today, let’s put the two parts of the first thing in the morning workout I did for years together!
First: One set of the ABS BLAST workout.
Second: One set of the Drop It Like It’s Hot Workout…
Try to get through both workouts once with as few if not zero breaks. The entire workout should last about 10 -12 minutes. If you’re up to it, rest for 60 seconds and then repeat one or two more times!
