This week you are going to learn a little about Marge and Phillip. They are the first mated pair I’ve introduced you to, and most of their story happens well before Meanmna begins. I love their story so much; I might write it one day.
Where does their story start?
Their story begins twenty-five years before Meanmna does in the earth realm’s Pozzolana Castle where they both worked. Like with most mated pair it was instantaneous love at first sight.
What should we know about them?
Twenty-five years earlier they had both been sent to Pozzolana by Spirit Queen Paige and King Simon to spy on Gary, the brother of the Earth fey ruler. Three years later Marge was in the room when Will was born and held him as Will’s father held his mother as she breathed her last breath.
Marge was Will’s nanny and mother figure. When Will’s father passed shortly after his mother, Phillip became his father figure. They kept spying on Gary, who had taken over the realm. And were instrumental in saving Will’s life when the plot for his death was overheard the day before he was set to marry and take over ruling Pozzolana.
What is the main conflict?
All of Daearen is in conflict…
What are the personal goals of the characters?
To keep Will and all the other children born at the beginning of very dark times as safe and loved as they could. The fighting was increasing, and more and more children were being left parent-less. Marge and Phillip was everyfey’s other parents.
