Happy Tuesday Everyone!
Yea!!! Bulking is done for now! It took four weeks to put on four and a half pounds, one percentage of body fat, and 20cm total. Almost all of that is in my lower body which is fine because I was going for bootie and leg gains during this bulk.
I started my cut yesterday, reduced my kcal by 450 and will stay there for the next two weeks. I’m so excited but nervous as well. I’m hoping for a one pound gain, but it’ll be the pictures that show us whether or not it worked.
Just a word of warning… If you follow me on Facebook, you may see some hangry posts for the next two weeks. LOL
